Analysis of skin elasticity, Lifting, and tightening

Abstract
The functional cosmetic products for anti-aging have been evaluated by skin wrinkle, elasticity, and lifting. Skin wrinkle calculate depth and volume as time passes through threedimensional analysis of wrinkle replica and this way take long measurement time but conclusion data is simple. Elasticity and lifting is shown when retraction time is divided by same pressure and time. It takes short time in measurement and long time in analysis. This value is related with skin viscosity-elasticity, skin extension. Generally, increasing elasticity is connected with increasing viscosity-elasticity and retraction force but these values are not always direct proportion. In this experimental, we detected decreasing tendency of elasticity in product application on the instant while product with effective component apply in skin and tightening
of skin is measured by elasticity probe (Dermalab., Cortex, Denmark). In product application on the instant (penetration point of time, about 10 min), elasticity was reduced than before application and experimental value is lower than placebo control¡¯s value but the elasticity was increased greatly after thirty minutes. We thought that the results will be occurred by reaction of some factors. To solve these problems, we set up a hypothesis and we obtained same results with
hypothesis. Hypothesis is following: the first, treatment group value minus placebo control group value leaves elasticity of efficient component only and it will be represent increasing curve. The second, treatment group value minus non-treatment value remains product phase only. It will be reduce after 10min. and will be evaluate later. In other words, when the product adding efficient components applies, skin elasticity is increasing on the whole but is decreasing at once applying.
That means, the activity components is diminished because product phase is absorbed into skin and time and other factors such as viscosity, penetration, skin type etc. is affected skin until their efficacy show
